After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including:

• •Billing errors or duplicate charges processed in error

2. Service Terms

Account Registration

To create a memorial page, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use OneTribute only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with respect for those being memorialized. You may not:

• •Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• •Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful code
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from our platform

Subscription and Payment

Memorial page subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the initial period and subsequent renewal periods unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Your Content and Privacy

Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to photos, videos, written content, and other materials you upload to OneTribute. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our memorial page service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share on memorial pages. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and share such content, including photos and videos of individuals.

Privacy and Data Protection

We take the privacy of your personal information seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your content and personal information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The OneTribute platform, including its software, templates, design elements, and functionality, is owned by Grateful Today Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless explicitly permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

OneTribute is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Grateful Today Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination and Cancellation

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your memorial page until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, except as outlined in our 30-day money-back guarantee.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that could harm other users or our systems. We will provide reasonable notice before termination, except in cases of serious violations.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of OneTribute after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your use of the service.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
